Forecast Discussion
Friday, May 22, 2015, 3:00 PM

Synopsis: A cold front will be pushing through the area tonight bringing unseasonably cool low temperatures (10-15 below normal) and a very clean airmass. Sunshine on Saturday will get temps into the 60s with continued GOOD air quality. Sunday warms up a bit more, with WSW winds and lots of sun. Ozone will get close to MODERATE away from the coast but not quite get there. Warmer still Memorial Day with a warm front passing late day, but temperatures limited due to more clouds than sun. Fine particles could approach MODERATE with ozone in the upper GOOD range. A warming trend is showing through next week with some favorable conditions for ozone formation.
